An American’s Pictorial Guide to Thanksgiving for Brits (and everyone else)

A sampling of my Thanksgiving Day…  I don’t know if my British readers will get all the references.  Thanksgiving is this amazing day (fourth Thursday of November) where we Americans celebrate gluttony give thanks to God for His Providence.  It commemorates a similar meal eaten by the Pilgrims and Indians in the 17th century after their first harsh year in the New World.  Today, we eat, drink, watch football, and fight celebrate our dysfunction families.  Then we drift off into comas from all the excess.  Do you have anything similar in England?  Oh, and Walgreen’s is a pharmacy.
